Just processed my 10,000th lamb rack since opening my shop

It took me a second to realize why the number felt so big, but it's basically a whole flock. Anyone else keep a rough count like that?

Makes my burger-flipping stats look pretty sad, honestly.

Read an article once about how chefs track this stuff for inventory and it's wild. They said hitting a number like that means you've moved a literal TON of protein, not just a big count. Puts the whole "flock" idea into a crazy new light. Makes you respect the scale of even a small food business.

My buddy's deli hit that mark, morgan.troy, freaked him right out.
