Hit 6 months of consistent daily logging - but some days it feels like a waste

I just counted 180 days in my bullet journal without skipping a single entry, which honestly surprised me since I usually flake on stuff after a month. But I'm torn - half of me thinks the daily habit kept me on track, and the other half wonders if I'm just filling pages with junk like 'bought milk' and 'watched TV' that nobody needs. Anyone else hit a surprise milestone and question if the grind is actually worth it?

180 days is nothing to sneeze at, most people can't commit to anything that long. Those little entries like 'bought milk' might feel small, but they're proof you showed up for yourself every single day. If the grind kept you going and you actually stuck with it, isn't that the whole point?
