Shoutout to the coupon binder I wasted 3 months building
I spent like 3 months building this huge coupon binder system back in April. Printed sheets, organized by aisle at my grocery store in Austin, the whole deal. Probably put in 20 hours total and bought a fancy binder for $15. Guess what? The stores around me stopped taking paper coupons or changed their policies right after. Every time Id try to use one at HEB or Walmart theyd say nope not valid. I got maybe $4 in savings before I gave up. Now the binder sits in my closet full of expired junk. Anyone else fall for the coupon organization hype and get nothing out of it?
