TIL my neighborhood has a discount bread outlet open late

I saw a bakery outlet by the train station sells day-old bread for half price after 6 PM. I grabbed a loaf for $1.50 and used it for toast and sandwiches all week. It really helped me save money on my grocery bill. I plan to go back every Saturday now.

Did she do the little victory dance with the bread held over her head, or was it more of a subtle parking lot shuffle? My big win was a perfectly good lamp for two dollars at a yard sale. It even works.
