My cheap meal game changed after a neighbor in apartment 4B showed me their rice cooker trick
I used to just boil rice plain, but now I throw in a bouillon cube and a handful of frozen veggies right at the start, which makes a whole meal base for under a dollar. Anyone have other simple add-ins that don't cost much?

Yeah, "huge life change" is the real part there. It sounds small until you've been counting every single penny at the grocery store. That kind of find can actually take some weight off your shoulders for a week. It's not about being fancy, it's about making things work.
