Had a chat with a guy at Goodwill who totally changed how I look at foam armor
He said he spent $60 on EVA foam and contact cement for a Mandalorian kit that looks better than my $200 3D printed one. Told me I was overthinking the process and just needed to start cutting. Anyone else find that simpler materials actually turn out cleaner?

Did the foam armor hold up as well after a few convention weekends?
