Warning: I wasted $80 on a "premium" book club subscription that sent me nothing but romance novels for 3 months

So I signed up for this curated book club box back in February. It promised literary fiction, some classics, all based on my quiz. Instead I got 3 cheesy romance novels in a row. I hate romance. I emailed them 4 times and finally got a refund for one month. My friends said I should have just gone to the library. Has anyone else gotten stuck with a subscription box that totally missed your taste?

Did you take screenshots of their quiz promises and what they actually sent? I'm wondering if that would have helped when you pushed for the refund.
