Wondering if we're all just chasing that new game feeling though. Like unboxing a fancy board game with all the pieces, then realizing the rules take forever to learn. Or spending hours modding a PC game only to play for twenty minutes. The promise is so good, but then the actual thing is just work. Does the setup ever actually live up to the hype, or do we just like the idea of playing?
