$22 monopod from a pawn shop in Tulsa fixed my shaky shot problem
Bought a $22 monopod at a pawn shop on 11th Street in Tulsa about 5 years back, mostly because my hands shake more than they used to. Old cameras with real viewfinders braced against your face covered that up, but holding a phone out at arm's length shows every wobble. Shot a whole birthday party with it and every frame came out sharp, which no tripod of mine ever managed without slowing everything down. Anyone still using a monopod, or did you all just switch to that phone steady mode?
Still got mine from a garage sale, ten bucks, and it lives in my bag next to the phone clamp. Way faster than messing with a tripod when you just need to stop the shake.
