That Stephen King novel where the car is the main villain left me scratching my head
I finished Christine last week and the whole ending felt like King just got tired of writing and wrapped it up with a dream sequence. The car gets crushed, but then it somehow fixes itself and drives off into the sunset? Has anyone else felt like some of his endings just don't match the build-up?

Wait, you sure you read the same ending I did? I'm pretty sure the car doesn't fix itself and drive off, it just glows a little in the junkyard to show it's still "alive" but it's definitely crushed and done.
