Had a walk-in client in Austin ask for a 'fade to zero' with clippers that were clearly broken, man.

The motor was grinding and pulling hair, but he insisted I keep going. Anyone else had a client push through a cut with bad tools?

My barber told me a client once sat through a whole cut with dull shears.

Ouch that sounds so painful. I can't imagine sitting there feeling every bad snip. Some people are just too polite for their own good. I would have been out of that chair in two minutes flat. That barber should have known better than to even try.
