Question about a stubborn aphid problem on my balcony tomatoes

Took me almost the entire summer to finally get rid of them, after trying neem oil, soap sprays, and ladybugs. Anyone have a go-to method that works faster?

Oh man, that reminds me of the year I just gave up and let the squirrels have all my peppers. They won anyway.

After trying neem oil and ladybugs, I just blast them off with a strong jet of water every morning.

Honestly that sounds like a ton of work. I just hit them with the soapy water spray once and they're usually gone for good.
