I used to fight with every stuck caliper bolt until I saw a guy in a shop heat the bracket, not the bolt.
He used a small propane torch on the bracket for about 30 seconds, and the bolt came right out without stripping. I tried it on a 2012 F-150 last week and it saved me an hour of cussing. Do you have a go-to trick for frozen hardware that's better than just more force?

Heat can warp the bracket though.

Reminds me of when I tried to fix my old car's side mirror with a heat gun. I was trying to soften the glue, but I got the plastic housing so hot it went all floppy. Ended up with a mirror that looked like a melted candle. Had to buy the whole new assembly anyway. Heat is no joke on cheap plastic or thin metal.
