From skeptic to believer on shop scan tools

Saw more shops using scan tools and thought it was dumb. Then a tough fix made me try one. It worked so well I felt silly. Now I see why everyone is doing it. Guess I'm part of the crowd now.

My buddy Rick swore he'd never use one, but this weird electrical gremlin had him stumped for days. @ninas56 is right though, using the right tool just makes you look like a genius, not a follower.
