Rant: Watching the 'One Piece' anime versus reading the manga was a huge difference for me

I finally gave in and started the manga after getting tired of the anime's pacing around episode 400. The manga just moves so much faster, and I got through the Dressrosa arc in a couple of days instead of weeks. Has anyone else switched from one to the other and found it way better?
