Am I the only one who thought air fryer salmon was a bad idea?
I used to think salmon in the air fryer would come out dry and tasteless. But after trying it with a simple marinade (just soy sauce and a bit of honey, you know), it turned out perfectly moist and crispy on the edges. Now it's my go-to weeknight dinner because it cooks so fast and clean-up is a breeze. Honestly, I was totally wrong to doubt it.
