My $250 hearing transcription service was worth every penny

I fought my SSDI appeal for 14 months and kept losing because I couldnt remember what the judge said in the first hearing. I paid a company called Verbatim Docs to transcribe the audio from my ALJ hearing in Columbus, Ohio. Having the exact wording showed the appeals council where the judge misread my work history report. Anyone else pay for transcripts and did it help your appeal?

$250 sounds like a lot but a wrong denial costs way more. Good move getting that proof.
