Found my old Geocities fan site from 1998, the guestbook comments are brutal

Honestly, I dug up a backup drive last night and found my teenage Star Trek fan page with a guestbook full of people calling my HTML layout 'garbage fire tier.' Has anyone else gone back to their old web relics and gotten roasted by strangers from 25 years ago?

Used to think the old web was this magical, pure place, but reading those guestbook comments changed my mind real quick. Turns out people were just as snarky in 1998 as they are now, maybe worse.
