When I trained, we did consultations with actual conversation. Now it's all mood boards on tablets. Better client vision or losing the personal touch?

Man, I totally feel that. Sometimes a mood board is just for fun vibes, you know? It's weird when a chill visual thing turns into someone picking apart every little choice. Takes the fun right out of it.
