My old digital camera bricked itself last weekend
It was a Canon PowerShot from 2012. Just wouldn't turn on, even with fresh batteries. Kinda wild how a device you rely on for years just quits. Anyone have a good compact camera rec under $300?

Man, that's the worst. It feels like everything built after 2010 is secretly on a timer. My old iPod did the same thing, just a total brick one morning. Makes you appreciate the stuff that actually lasts.
