My 6 year old's note about the moon changed how I see the whole sky

Kids have a way of cutting through all the noise, dont they? I used to look at the moon and just see, well, the moon. A big rock in the sky, something to glance at when the dog needed a walk. But hearing how a six year old described it, like the moon is following them home, that changed everything for me. Now I catch myself thinking about how it watches over us, and it feels a little less cold and far away. It's funny how a simple kid note can make you feel like part of something bigger.
