Green sludge in our drainage channel has me worried
It showed up after we cast a big batch of bronze. This could mean metals are getting into the water system. What tests do you run for runoff quality?

Oh man, that green sludge reminds me of this one time I was hiking and saw this bright orange water trickling down a rock face near an old mine. Looked like toxic Kool-Aid, had this weird foam on top. Totally freaked me out and we reported it. Makes you realize how much stuff ends up in water just from old stuff left behind. Never did hear what caused it.

My pal's backyard metal pouring led to weird water, so he got it tested for metals.
