Warning: A client's cat decided to test my fresh epoxy coating

The furry inspector walked right across the wet garage floor and left tiny paw prints that I had to fix before it set.

How do they always find the one wet spot? My old tabby did that with a painted porch step. Left perfect little orange prints across the deck boards, up the stairs, and right onto the kitchen linoleum. I spent an hour following her trail with a rag and thinner, cussing the whole time. They have a sixth sense for fresh coatings.

Is it REALLY that bad? Just some paw prints, not a disaster.

Nah, it's a legit pain. It's not just prints, it messes up the whole smooth finish you worked for. Now there's texture and maybe dirt stuck in there. You either have to sand that whole section back down or live with a permanent flaw. That's extra work and materials for no reason.
