Had a plank snap clean in half on a glue-down job in a Phoenix condo... the fix was way simpler than I thought.

What did you end up doing? I've had luck just cutting out the bad section and feathering in a new piece.

Wait, you just cut out a whole section? That sounds so risky. I could never trust my own cuts to line up right. Seems like a good way to make it worse.
