Grandpa's old watch ran 15 minutes fast for 40 years, found out it was deliberate
I took my granddad's 1960s Omega to a jeweler in Cleveland last month and he said the mainspring was set wrong on purpose - Grandpa used it to get to work on time. Anyone else got an heirloom with a secret like that?

Oh yeah totally lol, my grandpa's old Bulova ran fast too but that's just cause he set it blind drunk every Sunday night for 30 years. At least yours had a plan, mine just had bad aim.
