Found a hidden message in my great-grandma's old sewing box

I was cleaning out the wooden box, which is from around 1910, and the felt lining was coming up in one corner. When I peeled it back, I found a tiny, folded piece of paper tucked underneath. It was a note from my great-grandmother to her sister, talking about saving fabric scraps to make a quilt for a new baby. I had no idea it was there. The quilt she mentioned is actually the one my aunt has now. Has anyone else found a secret note or something hidden in an heirloom like that?

Yeah I mean spencerh95 has a point, people are making a huge deal out of nothing. It's not that serious.
