Shoutout to the client who came in with a sunburn from her Arizona trip
She was in so much pain, and we spent the whole session just doing a cool aloe compress and talking about mineral sunscreen. It hit me that sometimes the best service isn't the fanciest one, it's just meeting someone right where their skin is at that moment. Has anyone else had a simple, calming treatment turn into a real client favorite?
