A client told me her skin was 'ruined' by another esthetician's advice
She came into my studio in Boise last year, visibly upset, because a previous pro told her to use a 10% glycolic acid serum every single day. Her barrier was completely compromised. Do you think we have a duty to correct misinformation from other providers, or does that cross a line?

Wasn't there a whole thing about this being a duty of care? Letting bad advice slide just feels wrong.
