Showerthought: I just found out how many packets a basic web page can send

I was reading an old Cisco blog post from 2018 and saw a number that made me stop. A single visit to a plain news site, with no video, can send over 100 separate TCP connections back and forth. I always pictured it as a few big streams, not a hundred little chats happening at once. It explains why connection tracking on firewalls gets so heavy so fast. Has anyone else had to adjust rules or hardware after checking real connection counts like that?
