Tbh, that 'no power' diagnosis on a 2018 MacBook Air took me 3 hours

Turns out it was just a tiny piece of conductive foam stuck under the logic board from a previous repair, not the DC-in board I replaced first. Anyone else had a weird debris issue cause a major headache?

Always check for leftover debris after a repair.

Reminds me of a friend who had a piece of foam stuck in his car vent for weeks. He finally got it out after seeing @leo_adams talk about checking for debris. That weird whistling sound was basically the car mocking him the whole time.
