Serious question, has anyone seen a bad batch of those blue ceramic fuses from a certain supplier?

I had a 2015 Sony receiver on the bench yesterday that blew its main fuse, so I put in a new 5 amp one from a pack I bought online last week. The fuse looked fine but the receiver just clicked and shut down again right away. I checked everything twice and finally put in an old glass fuse from my junk drawer and it powered up clean. Did I just get a whole pack of duds or is this a known thing now?
