I used to think the Edmonton Chat app was a total mess, but the new update actually fixed a lot for me.

Totally get that! I was actually fine with it at first but now I'm seeing what you mean.

Oh man, I totally get that! I was ready to give up on the app completely but then I forced myself to mess around with the settings for a bit. @lisak14 I had the same problem at first, it felt like they broke stuff worse than before. But after I turned off all the notifications and reorganized my contacts list it started clicking for me. The new message sorting actually helps me find stuff way faster now, which was my biggest complaint before.
