Spent $300 on a new drywall lift and it's been a total game changer for ceilings.
I was doing a big kitchen remodel solo and my old method of propping sheets with a tee brace was killing my back. This new lift let me hang a 12-foot sheet by myself in about ten minutes with no strain. What's the one tool purchase that's made the biggest difference in your daily work?

Yeah I tried it on walls once and spent an hour trying to figure out why my ceiling was sideways.

Wow, have you tried using it on walls yet, or just ceilings?

Notice how people ALWAYS ask that. It's like we're trained to think a tool or a paint only works on one surface. My neighbor did the same thing with floor cleaner, refused to use it on the tile backsplash. We put things in boxes and miss the whole point.
