Shoutout to the $800 wireless flow meter I bought for the cutter head

I mean, I thought it was a stupid gimmick at first, but seeing the real-time slurry density on my phone screen saved us from a clog that would have cost a full day. Anyone else using these on their suction dredges, or am I just getting lucky?

Wait, eight hundred dollars for a flow meter... that's just wild to me. I get that it saved you a day, but man, that price tag is a gut punch. My whole pump setup didn't cost much more than that thing by itself. It's cool that it works, but I could never justify it on my little operation.
