Warning: My bathroom grout went from white to black in under a year.

It was a cheap, quick job I did myself with a pre-mixed grout from a big box store. The moisture in the shower just destroyed it and let mold take over. What's the most foolproof grout for a high-humidity bathroom?

Yeah my buddy had the same thing happen. He used that premixed stuff in his guest shower. Within months it looked like a science experiment, dark streaks everywhere. He ended up chipping it all out. Swore by epoxy grout when he redid it. Said it's basically plastic, so water just beads right off. No more mold at all.

Epoxy grout seems like overkill though.
