Debate: Is coworking space or a coffee shop better for getting work done abroad?

I spent 3 months hopping between cafes in Medellin and found I got way more done with the noise, but then a week at a coworking space in Buenos Aires doubled my output (since I wasn't hunting for outlets). Which one actually works for you guys when you're on the move?

Coworking space wins for me. Nothing kills momentum like hunting for a table and a plug.

Nah, I gotta push back on that one @david_adams. Sometimes hunting for a spot forces me to actually think about where I want to set up and what I need to get done. I'd rather spend five minutes finding the right table than pay for a space that feels like a waiting room.
