TIL a $60 drawing tablet stand beat my $400 arm, and I feel dumb
I always thought those cheap desktop easel stands were junk, so I dropped around $400 on a fancy monitor arm for my 16 inch drawing display. Six months of wobble later, a friend in Austin handed me her $60 wooden stand just to try. The thing held my tablet dead still at any angle and my line work got cleaner that same week. Did I just get unlucky with the arm, or is this a known thing with heavy pen displays?
