My food app login got a lot safer with one change

I turned on two-factor authentication for my grocery delivery app. It sends a code to my phone whenever I sign in. This stops strangers from getting into my account if my password leaks. You can find this option in the app's security settings under your profile.

Man, that whole text code thing is such a mixed bag. My bank does that, and last month their system glitched and the code never showed up. I got locked out of my own account for like two days right when I needed to pay a bill. It's great when it works, but man, it adds this whole other thing that can break.
