Tried the scripted greeting for 2 weeks, my coffee shop regulars hated it
The manager at the Denver store made us read a 4 line welcome, but after 6 customers told me to just say hi, I went back to my own style and tips jumped by 20% that weekend, has anyone else seen scripts backfire like that?
