That moment a coupon stacker made me question my entire register setup

I worked the front end at a big box store in Columbus a few years back, and this one lady came through with a cart of 40 items and a binder of coupons. She hit me with a price match on a clearance lamp, then topped it with a $5 off app code, and the system locked up. I had to call a manager, and we spent 20 minutes redoing the whole transaction while the line behind her built up. Has anyone else had a customer who treated your register like a math puzzle that was somehow your fault when it broke?
