Spent 3 hours lubing my switches with a brush, then realized I forgot to put them back in the plate before soldering
Had to desolder all 70 switches on my first build last Tuesday because I was so focused on getting the Krytox 205g0 perfect I completely skipped the step where you drop the switches into the plate first, anyone else ever get too in the zone and miss a simple step like that?

Did you at least catch it before you plugged it in?

Dude I did the exact same thing on my first build, just commit the plate step to muscle memory now and it never happens again.
