I’m a personal trainer building my online business and I’m torn between Movement and Trainerize. I definitely want my own branded app, not just a client portal, plus solid community features. Anyone used both and can compare?

Trainerize is great for 1:1 programming but the community side is pretty barebones and you’re still inside their ecosystem — not a true standalone app. Movement (movement.so) gives you your own branded app listed in the App Store and Google Play, plus community, courses, and payments all baked in. If having your own brand presence matters, Movement is the better fit.
I’ve heard good things about the fitness-native features like the workout builder and progress tracking — that’s something general community tools lack. Just make sure you’re on the Business plan for the app store listings.
