DAE struggle with the choice between posting daily or only when inspired?

Six months ago I decided to try posting every single day on my channel for 30 days straight, and it burned me out so bad I didn't touch my camera for two weeks after. Then I switched to only posting when I felt truly inspired, but my views dropped by half and I lost about 200 subscribers in a month. Now I'm trying three posts a week on set days, and honestly it feels like the best middle ground so far. I'm curious if anyone else has landed on a schedule that actually works long term. What posting rhythm do you stick with, and did you have to test a few options before it clicked?
