My $12 prompt book finally got me past that blank page feeling...
I was stuck for days, but flipping through its random first lines got three new stories started this afternoon, so what's a prompt trick that always works for you?

Okay but is the blank page feeling really that big of a deal? I mean, sometimes I just start typing whatever dumb thing is in my head to get past it. Maybe it's just me but buying a book for that seems like a lot.

Blank page anxiety is real for some people though. Your brain just locks up staring at that empty space. A book seems extra but hey, whatever gets the words flowing.
