I dropped $150 on a 'revolutionary' thermal styling brush that was a total letdown

I bought the LuxeWave Thermal Brush after seeing it pushed hard online, promising salon-perfect blowouts at home. The ads said it would cut my styling time in half and add incredible shine. After three uses, the bristles started to melt and snag on my client's hair. I had to stop a color correction appointment to carefully pick plastic bits out of her hair, which was embarrassing and unprofessional. The company's support just offered a 10% coupon on another purchase. I'm out the full cost and had to go back to my trusted, basic round brush. Has anyone found a thermal tool that actually holds up under daily salon use without these issues?
