The old newspaper stand in Detroit has been gone for years, but I still look for it
I drove through downtown Detroit last weekend and noticed every corner kiosk is now a phone repair booth or a vape shop. Back in the 90s those stands had the real papers, the ones where you could read between the lines about what the city was hiding. Is it just me, or did losing those physical papers also kill the kind of local gossip that used to feed every good conspiracy theory around here?
