Question about that moon landing footage glitch I keep seeing on YouTube

So I was watching a compilation of Apollo 11 clips last night and noticed this weird flicker in the flag footage that I swear wasn't there when I first watched it 5 years ago. I spent like 3 hours digging through old NASA archives trying to find the original version and it took forever to realize the color timing was just off on the upload. Has anyone else run into old space footage that looks like it was tampered with but it's just a bad transfer?

Cracked me up reading this. Got a buddy who swears the moon landing was filmed on a soundstage. I tell him I can barely keep my iPhone footage steady at a kid's birthday party. If NASA faked it they'd have done a better job than my shaky vacation videos. The flag flicker is just a bad transfer from 50 year old tape. Happens with all old analog stuff. I've digitized enough family VHS tapes to know glitches are normal. Not everything is a conspiracy sometimes it's just crap equipment.

The flag flicker argument always cracks me up because I've watched enough YouTube videos filmed with a $20 webcam to know crap video is universal. My uncle still insists Sputnik was a hoax, but the guy can't even program his garage door opener without calling me for help. Honestly if NASA wanted to fake something that big they'd at least use a tripod and some proper lighting lmao.
