My buddy from work said chemtrails are 'settled science' and I froze

He works at a lab and told me the government admitted to weather modification back in the 70s, but everyone still calls it a conspiracy anyway. Has anyone else had a conversation with a scientist that made them question the whole narrative around this stuff?

Used to roll my eyes at chemtrail talk before my cousin who literally works for NOAA showed me declassified documents about Project Stormfury and the 1977 Weather Modification Act... kind of changed everything for me. Makes you realize there's a big difference between actual government programs and the wild stories people spread online.
