Finally proved my buddy wrong about the moon landing being staged
Three years ago my coworker Dave started insisting the moon landing was filmed in a studio. He had all these arguments about shadows and flags waving. Last month I actually sat down and researched the specific photography evidence he kept bringing up. Turns out the shadow angles match perfectly with the lunar surface if you account for the uneven ground. I printed out the NASA Apollo 11 photo analysis PDFs and showed him last Tuesday. He didn't admit I was right but he stopped bringing it up. Has anyone else had a friend change their mind on a conspiracy theory?

It's funny you mention the shadow thing because I've noticed people in regular life do the same stuff with anything they don't understand. Like my neighbor swears the local grocery store is overcharging him on purpose because he saw a price tag that looked wrong, but it was just the sale tag from last week still up.
