Hit 300 remote desktop sessions last month and it caught me off guard

I was going through my logs for October and saw I clocked 307 remote support sessions. That's more than 10 a day on average. Most were just password resets and printer fixes, but about 40 were actual hardware issues I had to walk people through. I never realized how many calls I actually take until I added it up. Anyone else track their numbers and get surprised?

Ngl, 40 hardware issues out of 307 is crazy. I don't know how you kept your cool walking people through that many physical repairs over the phone. Those are the calls where you're basically playing a game of telephone with someone who can't tell left from right with a screwdriver. And the password resets and printer fixes probably took just as long because old people forget their login info every single day. I would've lost it by session 200.

Bet those 40 hardware issues had the longest call times by far.
